RSS feed title and content inconsistency#636

Similar to #429 but I want to be as explicit as possible:

• “title” should be blank for photo posts. The title text is already present in the “description”.
• “content:encoded” should also include the description text, not just the photo HTML. Feed readers are going to show either description or content:encoded, not both.
