I use Glass for Android and there is no option to just see photos in full screen. I would love to be able to swipe through my feed in full screen, with all additional elements and information hidden unless I tap to bring them up. I find browsing Glass on my desktop to be a much better experience because it’s so much easier to just focus on and appreciate one photo at a time.
